Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for the use of all services provided by TransLink Administrative Scrivener Office ("we" or "our"). Please use our services after agreeing to these terms.
Article 2 (Service Description)
We provide the following services: • Visa application agency services • Foreign talent recruitment services • Immigration procedure consulting • Document preparation support • Other related services
Article 3 (Contract Formation)
The service contract is established when you apply through our designated method and we accept your application.
Article 4 (Fees and Payment)
Service fees are based on our separately established fee schedule. Please pay the fees by the designated deadline using our specified payment method. Fees paid are non-refundable except in cases attributable to us.
Article 5 (Customer Obligations)
Customers shall comply with the following: • Provide accurate and up-to-date information • Submit required documents by the deadline • Respond promptly to our communications • Comply with applicable laws • Not make false declarations
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
We perform our duties with due care in providing our services, but visa approval or denial is determined by the Immigration Bureau, and we do not guarantee application results.
Article 7 (Confidentiality)
We will not disclose customer information obtained through our services to third parties without consent, except when required by law.
Article 8 (Contract Termination)
We may suspend services and terminate the contract if you violate these terms or if we determine that maintaining a trust relationship is difficult.
Article 9 (Damages)
If damage occurs to you due to reasons attributable to us, we will compensate for direct and actual damages up to the amount of fees paid to us.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These terms shall be governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes related to our services.
These terms are effective from December 1, 2024.
